Agreement
By using Personal Memories, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
Personal Memories offers a Free plan with limits and an optional paid Pro plan billed through Stripe (typically monthly or yearly as shown at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel in Settings → Plan → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions are handled according to Stripe and applicable law. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Refunds are handled case-by-case where required by law; contact support@personal-memories.com.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no illegal content, harassment, attempts to breach security, or interference with other users. Do not store sensitive data you are not allowed to process (for example third-party health or financial records without proper basis).
Your content
You retain ownership of content you add. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you. Plan limits may restrict how much content or storage you can use.
Reminders
If enabled, we send email and/or push reminders according to your settings. Delivery depends on email providers, browsers, and device permissions and is not guaranteed.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
